Arena Seminar 2026 Terms and Conditions
BOOKING AND PAYMENT FOR SEMINAR
All bookings for the seminar must be made via the online Seminar Booking Form. You will need to complete a separate entry for each person attending the seminar. The question relating to special dietary requirements is for lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Other special dietary requirements should be dealt directly with the hotel.
Your booking will be confirmed by email. Please check your confirmation carefully and let us know ASAP if something is incorrect.
The cost of the Seminar is £113 for Saturday and £107 for Sunday.
After completing the online form you will have the option to make payment online by credit or debit card. Once the payment is authorised your booking will be immediately confirmed. This is our preferred option.
Alternatively you can opt to pay by bank transfer, either online or through your local bank (details on the booking form)
If paying by bank transfer your reservation will be held for 7 days during which the payment needs to be received by Arena.
If payment is not received within 7 days your reservation may be cancelled and the place reallocated
BOOKING AND PAYMENT FOR THE HOTEL PACKAGE
PLEASE NOTE: Special rates are only available by booking directly with the Riviera Hotel.
DO NOT make your booking through an agent such as Booking.com or TripAdviser where you will be charged the standard rate plus their commission.
Delegates should contact the Riviera Hotel directly on 01202 763653 to book their accommodation quoting Booking Reference: Arena 2026 to obtain the weekend package rate, which covers two nights, Dinner, Bed and Breakfast from Friday 20th March to Sunday 22nd March. Rates are as follows:
Riviera room rate for Friday and Saturday will be £96 per person per night for Bed, Breakfast and evening meal.
Single occupancy of double room supplement £40.
Sunday night rate will be £70 per person per night for Bed, Breakfast and evening meal, single occupancy of double room supplement £20,
Delegates not staying at the hotel can book to join us for dinner at the Riviera Hotel using the reference : Arena 2026 Dinner at the special rate of £27.95. Please advise the hotel of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Arena does not act as an agent of the hotel and will not be responsible for any errors or omissions on the part of the hotel. Other accommodation is available in Bournemouth through bookings.com.
Neither Arena nor the hotel requires guests to observe Covid-19 protocols. However, if you suspect that you have symptoms of Covid, or any other infectious illness, please consider the wellness of other attendees and the risk to their health. Subject to medical confirmation and at Arena’s sole discretion a refund of the seminar charge may be considered (see Cancellations below). The Riviera hotel will apply its own policy if for any reason you are obliged to cancel your room booking.
CANCELLATIONS
If you are obliged to cancel for any reason, Arena will endeavour to fill your place and if successful, your booking fee will be refunded less a £30 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after 24th February, or any no shows at the seminar itself, will be non-refundable.

Arena recommends taking out a simple Cancellation Insurance Policy to cover any loss of booking payments as a result of any change in your personal circumstances.
If the Seminar has to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of Arena, Arena’s liability will be limited to reimbursements of Seminar payments made on the Seminar Booking Form, and will have no responsibility for any other out of pocket expenses.
In the event that an advertised speaker withdraws for any reason we will endeavour to find a replacement speaker of similar standing.
By submitting the Arena Members Seminar Booking Form you explicitly agree and accept all of the above booking conditions.
