My interest in photography started in my early teens when my parents bought me my first 35mm camera. While studying to be a Graphic Designer at art college I was able to expand my photographic skills and discovered the great works of Ansel Adams, Edward Weston and Irving Penn.
Observing and photographing the landscape is now my preferred area of interest, be it with a DSLR, large format field camera or a pinhole camera.
I have had articles and images published in various photographic magazines and have participated in numerous exhibitions throughout the South East.
In 2013 I was fortunate to have one of my images Highly Commended in the Landscape Photographer of the Year competition, it also won the Sunday Times Magazine Choice Award.
